As the season draws to a close, as the days get shorter and the nights get longer, and as schools reopen to invite our children back to learn essential lessons, it’s time for us to reflect over what is probably fair to say has been a tumultuous summer, and one that, at one point, we were unsure we would even see and get to share with you all. COVID-19 has taken every one of us by surprise, and has impacted each and every one in our local community. However, we have weathered the pandemic with gusto and have worked hard to share as much time as we can with you to make sure this summer has been enjoyable and memorable for all of the right reasons.

So as the August Bank Holiday creeps ever closer, signalling a turn to the cooler weather of Autumn, we want to welcome you all to the Tea Rooms for this Bank Holiday weekend. We have a wide selection of homemade food and cakes on sale, as well as delicious teas, coffees and juices. We are expecting reasonably good weather, so make the most of what remains of the British summer and spend this Bank Holiday with us.

We’re open across the Bank Holiday weekend, from 10am until 6pm. COVID-19 guidelines are still in force, please visit for more information.

Coronavirus update - November 2020

It has now been confirmed that, from Thursday 5th November, the UK will be going back into lockdown.  As part of the measures, all non-essential businesses will close, and all restaurants and cafes will not be able to offer dine-in service, and we will be following these rules.  However, we are still allowed to provide takeaway and delivery orders, which we are thrilled to be able to do.  We think that, as the weather is getting colder, there is nothing better than enjoying a spot of tea in warmth and comfort.  Have a look at our takeaway menu by clicking the button below, and order something to enjoy the Autumn weather from the comfort of your own home.  Delivery is free within a three mile radius.

We will keep an eye on how the lockdown progresses, and we will keep you posted on what we will be doing as the end comes near.  We got through the first lockdown back in March, we’ll get through this one, and Healey Dell Tea Rooms will be there to bring you the comforts and pleasures that we always have.
