Phyllis has lived in the area for many years and finds inspiration in the quiet surrounding of the Healey Dell Nature Reserve.

Inside the Gallery you will find a range of artwork created by Phyllis, from sculptures in plaster and metal; mosaics, and paintings in oil, water and pastel.

Healey Dell is one of Rochdale’s hidden gems. An area of outstanding beauty that has been officially designated a Nature Reserve and is rich in industrial archaeology. It is here you will find the Gallery, tucked away in this beautiful quiet location amongst the nature and wildlife Healey Dell has to offer.

The Nature Reserve is just two miles from Rochdale town centre and was once the site of corn, wool and cotton mills – all powered by the spectacular waterfalls of the River Spodden.

While you are there, take time out at the visitor centre, tea rooms & pass an hour or so while browsing through the sculptures & artwork on display at the Healey dell gallery.

All artwork is available to purchase and is a welcome gift whatever the occasion.  Make sure you put a visit to Healey Dell on your to do list – you won’t be disappointed
