   Delicious Afternoon Tea Had a lovely afternoon tea here today with my mum. The food was delicious and plentiful. The Heritage room is full of Bone China plates and and nostalgic pictures on the wall, lovely surroundings. Great service from Susan, thank you.    Fantastic 1st visit!! I have wanted to visit here for a long time. Today myself and my husband went for lunch before exploring Healey Dell. The staff were absolutely lovely and polite. The place is delightful and quaint. The crokery used is nostalgic and fitting with the environment. I loved how cute and 'old style' everything was. The atmosphere matched the decor, however my one complaint would be that the lovely music (which also made for conversation staters) went off half way through our visit which was really disappointing as then the whole dining room was silent with all conversations being overheard - the staff need to be mindful of this and put the music back on. The service was great, and my questions about the menu were answered without a fuss. Our food was plentiful and delicious. All of the food going to other tables looked lovely too. I will definitely return with others to try afternoon tea.

   Enjoyable Lovely nostalgic surroundings food nice and fresh with lots of choice, enjoyed the coffee. Short distance to the walks to see the viaduct, waterfalls and bridges. Will go again soon.

   Peaceful place with great food We visited for authentic atmosphere of traditional heritage tea room and for cream tea experience. Everything was perfectly presented in the decor to vintage tableware to make us feel we were having special experience. Food was all freshly prepared with attention to detail and tasty too. The staff are amazing, friendly, hard working, nothing too much trouble and look for ways to make your time special there. It was a delight to be there and get great customer service and to feel like a queen for the day, even if it was only for the cream tea experience. The setting is pretty too and relaxing.    Delicious food Just had a delicious full English breakfast at the very English Healey Dell Tearooms, we sat outside in a lovely relaxing setting with the sound of a babbling brook behind us. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Lots of walks on the doorstep, woodlands, waterfalls and a very interesting local history. I would definitely recommend for breakfast or lunch.

   Friendly, yummy food Had another lovely lunch with the family. Love the pulled pork, beef and great cheese and toast. My husband was happy you're selling alcohol aswell. Friendly staff. We have been going since the tearooms opened many years ago. Part of the girl's childhood. There used to be a fairy trail and looking for fairy doors in the area which my now teenage girls loved.

   Friends reunion with afternoon teas. Visited again recently with 2 lifelong friends who hadn't been before. They, like I, loved it. The staff, venue, food, all top notch. The owners go above and beyond to accommodate any needs such as veggie option of afternoon tea. The staff serving were lovely and attentive without being intrusive. The price was average for afternoon tea we felt. The choice of cakes was great and we took home the ones we were too full to finish! We will be back soon!

   Not great Had a wowcher for afternoon tea deal ,first the positive lovely fresh sandwiches and tea now the negative room is ok but a bit threw together tables are to close together with little privacy staff are all children and are unsure what to do if a problem arises also the prices are ridiculous for products that are purchased from Costco it’s a shame because it could be an absolute treasure

   Must visit! Literally cannot recommend the Tearooms enough. Great service, excellent food, lovely atmosphere and so friendly! Love the outdoors seating option, and they always cater so well for our walking group! Best cheese on toast we have ever had!!!

   Cannot praise the Healey Dell Tea Rooms enough. They go the extra mile for their customers. Great customer service, wonderful food and fantastic atmosphere. They really are a jewel in the crown of Rochdale. We are regular visitors and we love the place. The tea rooms are well worth a visit!

   Fantastic place - always love coming here whatever the occasion, casual or otherwise. So accommodating, we had a 9 month old, 6 year old, a dog and 2 90 year olds in our party of 7 and they catered for all!! We sat inside but I have sat outside before and both are great. It feels like a hidden gem but it’s actually usually pretty busy. Would recommend to anyone.

   Excellent value for money! Very generous portions. Friendly welcome. As part of a large group (larger than booked/planned) we were warmly greeted by a friendly and attentive team.  It’s a charming place with plenty of choice to suite many dietary requirements. Perfect after a refreshing cold dip in the nearby waterfall. Vegans won’t feel left out here!    Family of 4, we had a lovely experience here! Firstly my 7 year old decided she wanted afternoon tea which we hadn’t pre booked and they went out of their way to accommodate her, and then despite us booked at 11, and the lunch menu not starting until 12 my husband really fancied the cheese and onion pie which they also catered for!
