Due to expansion, we are looking for a front-of-house Supervisor, team leader or manager for our busy Restaurant and Tearooms. We are one of the largest and only Edwardian-themed Tea Rooms in the country serving traditional food and Afternoon teas. We have Alfresco dining facilities and a beer garden which is very busy all throughout the year. If you wish to work in a dynamic and busy team, with plenty of opportunities for growth, you need to look no further.

The role: Managing a team of waiters and waitresses, scheduling rota, managing performance, responsibility for good quality customer service, responsible for the quality of service, meeting & greeting customers, upkeep of the front of house tea-rooms, outdoors, etc. The role is varied and challenging.

What we are looking for: We are keen to hear from individuals who have a few years of working in the catering industry and have managed staff.
